Single-Family Homes/Townhomes
These properties have lower investment cost and larger properties. These properties are also uniquely affected by insurance rates and utility expenses.

2-4 Unit Multi-Family
To appraise multi-family properties, we'll determine the rental value associated with each individual unit, which is why these properties tend to be appraised at higher evaluations than single family homes.

Land
To determine the property value of vacant land, we​'ll research what other nearby lots have recently sold for. This base​ for comparison ​will better inform our appraisal​.
